ANJING

a little comic, about a small dog on a long walk

Chapter 8-6

The stories of Sang Kancil usually ends with the same moral. Be smart. The world is big and you will rarely be on even footing with your adversaries. Be aware of your surroundings and use that to your advantage.

I wrote a retelling of one of the mousedeer’s fables over on my patreon. It’s a public post so feel free to read it ~

  1. Have you ever thought of making a puzzle game around this character? I can see one for some odd reason with light and space manipulation that allows you to explore a world of puzzles and danger.

    1. I can’t say I have and that does sound like a pretty neat idea ~ Although I don’t think I can offer anything new or unique in terms of the puzzles compared to others like Limbo or Monovert.

      1. I guess if you ever do you have a kind of starting seed for such a game.

  2. Genuinely cute art and I enjoyed reading this, but you should really read Framed Ink or something because you use so many panels for so little storytelling.

    1. Dang, I’d actually really love to read something like that ! But it’s a bit hard to justify more than half the price just for shipping and things are stretched thin here as it is. Would definitely pick it up if I ever find a digital copy though.

    2. Sorry but I like it exactly the way it is.

      1. ;w; ❤

ABOUT

Anjing follows the journey of a dog, in a world governed by dreams and fancies, where valleys are paved with scattered folklores, and mountains whisper of forgotten tales.

SUPPORT

For the most part, Anjing runs on the love for creating stories. There are no ads and all its expenses are carried by me, but that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t accept a bit of help. I have a patreon if you’d like to help keep the lights on, and a ko-fi for those who stayed a while and would like to say thanks for the ride ~
